The Craggy Island Triathlon took place on the incredible unspoilt island of Kerrera on the 4th September.
550m Open Water Sea Swim from the mainland to the island, 15km Off-Road Mountain Bike, 4km Off-Road Run.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Oban Mountain Rescue Team and several EckO people helped out and we also provided the timing.

I attended my first British Championships in 2008 when they were held at Culbin. They are hosted by a different association each year and this time it was the turn of Yorkshire and Humberside (YHOA) with the event taking place to the north of Sheffield.

Callum was the winner of the M12A class at the JK and has an enormous trophy to prove it!
The JK was held on 2 very different terrains, sand dunes on Saturday and rough open mountainside on Sunday.

The weekend of 26th/ 27th March 2011, was big on sport. We had the boat race, the Australian Grand Prix, Cricket World Cup and Scotland v. Brazil at football. And overshadowing these minor tournaments was Lynne’s training session at Aird’s Park East.
