Briony nominated for Junior Sportswoman of the Year
Briony has been nominated in the Junior Sportswoman of the Year category in the Oban and Lorn Sports Awards.

Briony is a 14 year old who is excelling in the sport of orienteering, locally in Scotland and in events around the UK.
Briony first represented the West Area of Scotland at a competition in the Scottish Borders in June 2009 and was then invited to join the Scottish Junior Squad and attend training events.
In 2010 she has been selected to represent Scotland and was in South Wales at the end of June for the Junior Inter Regional event where she was part of the winning relay team. She will be running in September for the Scottish Junior Team at the Junior Home Internationals.
