Directions:

From the centre of Peebles go south over the River Tweed on the B7062.  Immediately south of the bridge take the second right hand turn into Springhill Road.  After 300m turn right again and then immediately left into Bonnington Road.  Follow Bonnington Road southwards for 1.5km to the forest entrance. GR: NT251382.
Parking and Assembly will be on forest roads.

Terrain:

Mostly open hillside rising to just over 400m, with intricate contour detail in places. The eastern slope of the hill is forested and contains the Start and Finish areas. In the case of poor weather cagoules are advised.

Courses:

45 minute Score, 60 minute Score, Yellow Course.

Start times:

11:00-13:00hrs

Yellow = Easy controls on paths with some controls just off paths, compass not essential.

Orange = Moderate with most controls just off paths or line features, compass recommended.

Green = Technical with most controls NOT on paths or line features.

Blue = Same as Green but longer (5km +).
