Dunstaffnage, 30th Nov 08
Dunstaffnage Castle and the surrounding area looked spectacular on this crisp sunny morning. Although the temperature struggled to get above freezing point, over 60 people took part and soon warmed up by running around the 4 courses. Thanks to Dave & June Bleazard who planned and organised the event.

The competition at the top of each course is getting interesting. As more people are regularly competing it is providing a good measure of your performance on the day. As the terrain/distance is different every time it is difficult to compare your time for the course with previous weeks. But you can measure how you did compared to X or Y on that day if the same people were at other events.
