Local level event
Explanation of Event levels
Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Activities are non competitive events used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.
Hopefully you all enjoyed exploring the Dunollie area. What a great turnout!
With thanks to Dunolliebeg Farm, to Stramash for letting us use their car park, and to Alan, Ross, Gill and Jan for help on the day and with collecting courses.
Also a huge thanks must go to Andy for planning and organising the event and I think we all agree that he provided three very imaginative courses which allowed us to explore the Dunollie area thoroughly.
The sixth of the Autumn/Winter series of local events with coaching.
